Yes, SHAMPOO IS ALSO SOLID!
If you already use natural shampoos you have probably found the formula that best suits your scalp, otherwise, I try with this post to help you choose it according to your needs.
Also for those who are starting to use them or if you are thinking of making the transition from classic shampoo to solid shampoos soon, I tell you... don't hesitate any longer, I still remember the day I tried for the very first time a solid shampoo, wow, the foam the smell and my hair after washing, soft, shiny and light.
So since then I have been using them, but of course like any skincare product, you have to find the right one according to your needs. Without putting any pressure on it, we have to go there when we are ready for change.
(To know a little more about the composition of solid shampoos see the post: Shampoo is also solid )
The use of solid shampoos is very simple:
. It will suffice to pass your shampoo bar directly over your damp hair (no need to spend a long time rubbing, they lather very well contrary to what one might think)
. Lather your hair with your hands as usual and gently massage the scalp, then leave for a few minutes to let it work.
. And then rinse well. You can repeat if needed.
. Draining the shampoo well between each use and storing it in a dry place will be very important to maximize its conservation and duration.
(LITTLE TIP FOR SENSITIVE SCALP: DON'T RUB THE SHAMPOO DIRECTLY ON YOUR SCALP, FOAM IT IN YOUR HANDS AND APPLY IT, THUS ON YOUR HAIR, SO IT AVOIDS IRRITATION AND YOU CAN ENJOY WITH PLEASURE ITS GOOD BARS PLAIN OF BENEFITS FOR YOUR MANE)
The right shampoo for your hair!
Don't be intimidated by the wide variety of formulas available. To choose your solid shampoo, follow the same steps as to choose a classic shampoo. Choose it according to the nature of your hair , the frequency of use and of course... spoil yourself when choosing its aroma, a good solid shampoo is mainly composed of mixtures of plants, vegetable oils and butters and essential oils or fragrances and beneficial active ingredients for the scalp.

SOLID SHAMPOO FOR CURLY HAIR:
Having curly and very long hair myself now, I will share with you the ingredients that I favor when choosing where to shampoo. With the right ingredients and using the right shampoo and hair care we can easily tame our curly mane!
It is by treating them with the greatest gentleness that you will succeed in highlighting them.
Curly or frizzy (African type) hair has up to 12 times more waves than European and smooth hair. And each of these ripples represents a possible break point. Even if they seem bulky and robust, they are very fragile, since they are thin.
In addition, this scalp, which produces little sebum, is particularly dry, accentuating its fragility even more. Wanting to tame them at all costs, we do hair straightening, weaving and smoothing. I think it's definitely one of the most damaged hair types.
. Oils and butters: My must-have for me is coconut oil, I love it for my curly hair, olive oil, castor oil, avocado, broccoli, jojoba, vegetable mustard oil, butters mango, shea, kokum etc.
. Active ingredients and additives: Many active ingredients will help to restore luster and shine to the hair such as vegetable silicone, aloe Vera, silk proteins, Coco silicone, among others will help tame your hair.
. Essential oils: The essential oil of Lavender, Rosemary, Tea tree, Peppermint, Ylang ylang among others to stimulate blood circulation and benefit the growth and treat the dandruff , itching and irritation of the scalp.
